Length of the exercises will depend on the length of the session and the number of exercises you want to do.
When you decide how much time you want to give to each exercise, don't forget to allow time for drink breaks.
During your sessions, time the exercises. Try to respect the time allowed for each exercise.
However, don't be too focused on the clock. The kids may need more time to understand an exercise; another one may be working well and be efficient and interesting; etc. Sometimes it's better to keep an exercise or game going a little bit longer.
