Technical relays :

|
The following set up is designed for a group with more than 10 players (example : 12 players). The exercise's objective is to work on the controlling, passing and shooting sequences in relay courses.
Here is how the game is played : A passes the ball to B who passes to C ; C passes to D ; D shoots at the goal. At the same time, A' passes to B' who passes to C' ; C' passes to D' ; D' shoots at the goal. After one's pass, each player moves to the next cone (A goes to B ; B to C ; ... ; D to A' ; A' to B' ; … ; D' to A). Players must focus : pass the ball correctly, move to the next cone, turn around to receive ball from the teammate and make a good first touch.
There must be a lot of balls in A and in A'.
Comments :
- If the number of players is less than 12 : remove positions.
- If the number of players is over 12 : doubling positions (2 players per cone).
